Unlike Dialup, joining as an associate and purchasing DSL services are two different processes. The reason is, for dialup, we are the provider and have total responsibility for our clients; this allows us to integrate the joining process in a single database and online procedure. For DSL, we have a partnership agreement with Speakeasy and DSL products are so varied that each entity has to have its own database.
